The flexibility in choosing the amount of daily hospitalization benefit according to your choice of the hospital estimation cost (4 program choices is available in IDR and 3 programs in US$).

Freedom to choose the hospital

Freedom to choose any hospital as desired by you and your family.

Family plan program

You can include your loving family members into HISR program.

Benefits:

• Daily hospitalization coverage.
• Daily hospitalization of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) coverage.
• Surgery, adjusted to the type of the surgery performed.
• Other costs that emerge during the hospitalization such as administration cost, doctor visit, purchase of medicine, etc.

Terms & conditions:

Entrance age: 6 months-60 years old

Premium payment period: since coverage period begins until the end of premium payment period of the basic product or until the insured reaches the age of 65, which one is first occurred.
