Sun Life has launched Brighter Academy that will enable it to build a scalable and quality agency force and improve client experience across Asia.
Within the academy, Sun Life segments advisors into three broad categories, each with its own robust and customised development roadmap aligned to each target advisor segment:
- Brighter Gen – Focuses on onboarding and upskilling rookie advisors and providing them with the support to start a bright career with Sun Life. The Brighter Academy has identified and aligned five traits with the targeted recruitment profile of Brighter Gen: Client obsessed, young at heart, energetic, digital-savvy and having an entrepreneur mindset, and actively supports the with thematic events.
- Brighter Pro – Focuses on nurturing more professional and MDRT advisors. Sun Life has invested in making this a reality by partnering MDRT Academy and MDRT Global Services.
- Brighter Leader – Focuses Sun Life’s development effort on ensuring quality agency expansion by empowering its agency leaders to recruit and coach their advisors.
