Term and Conditions

  • Apply for all Premium payment mode and frequency.
  • Cashback count refers to First Premium paid for Sun Proteksi Cermat (Si Cermat) and/or Sun Proteksi Pintar  (Si Pintar).
  • Maximum cashback Rp200 mio per Policy Holder.
  • If customer not choose annual Premium payment frequency, then cashback won’t apply for next Premium payment (renewal) in second and next month/quarter/semester.
  • Cashback apply for total basic Premium and rider Premium (if any) that will be paid for the first time.
  • Cashback only apply for new application submission according to Submission and Settled on campaign period.
  • Must include customer bank account for cashback payment for all payment method included bank transfer, account auto debit, also credit card auto debit, because cashback will only transfer to Policy Holder bank account.
  • Cashback will pay to customer in minimum 7 (seven) working days, after free look period.
  • If bank account not included, then customer must update bank account data to get cashback. Bank account number update can be done by call customer service center SLI_Care@sunlife.com or hotline 1-500 786.
  • Cashback will be paid if Policy in force and credit card or bank account active.
  • Cashback will be paid to customer if all term and conditions above already done and fulfilled.
  • Cashback tax covered by Sun Life Indonesia.
  • Sun Life Indonesia have right to change campaign term and conditions anytime and will be inform afterward.
