Term and Conditions

  • Cashback count by first year Premium paid in first year Policy.*
  • Cashback count by first year Kontribusi Asuransi Berkala paid in first year Policy, without count Kontribusi Investasi Berkala (KIB) component and Kontribusi Investasi Tunggal (KIT).**
  • Cashback only apply for first year Premium/Contribution paid, not include Premium/Contribution paid for next year (renewal). 
  • Cashback count from first Premium/Contribution percentage paid along with Policy Settled in campaign period.
  • Apply for all Premium/Contribution payment mode and frequency.
  • Policy that include in Internal Replacement and Policy payment from another Policy are not count in this campaign, 
  • Must include intended customer account number for cashback payment for all payment mode including bank account auto debit also credit card auto debit, because cashback will be only transferred to Policy Holder bank account.
  • Cashback will be paid to customer in minimum 7 (seven) working days after free look period.
  • Cashback will be paid to customer bank account that registered in Sun Life Indonesia system.
  • Any changes in bank account that registered, customer must update the data to get cashback. Bank account update can be done by contacting Customer Services SLI_Care@sunlife.com or hotline 1 500 786.
  • Cashback will be paid if Policy in force and credit card or bank account also active.
  • For payment mode monthly, quarterly, and semester, cashback payment will be paid after renewal Premium/Contribution received.
  • Cashback will only be paid to customer if all term and conditions above fulfill.
  • Cashback tax for this campaign program will be covered by Sun Life Indonesia. 
  • Sun Life Indonesia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the campaign at any time which will be informed later.
