To maintain our commitment to the security of customer data, as of December 1, 2010, we have applied new measures for registration and validation of e-mail addresses used by the client. Each policyholder will only get one e-mail address to access the system after validation by our Client Service officer.

Currently, we cannot serve any e-mails to customers who have not registered yet. Clients are recommended to enroll their e-mail address immediately. To avoid any delays due to unregistered e-mail, here are four ways to register your email address:

1. Sending e-mail to the address with the subject "Registration E-mail" and include name, policy number, telephone number we can contact and time (if any) when we can call. We will contact you to validate you as a customer to the policyholder.

2. Contacting Customer Service Center at 1 500786 (1 500SUN)

3. Send fax to 021-2966 9806 and include the name, policy number and phone number

4. Send a letter to the Customer Service, PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia, Menara Sun Life 11th floor, Jl Dr Ide Anak Agung Gde Agung Blok 6.3, Kawasan Mega Kuningan - Jakarta Seltan 12950.
