Paying the premium is necessary for you to receive the optimal benefits of your insurance policy. Here’s how to do it.

Premium payment can be done through:

Via ATM

Enter VA number and the amount of your renewal premium

Via Bank Teller

State your VA account and the beneficiary name (policyholder’s name)

Via Internet/ Mobile Banking

Enter VA account and the amount of your renewal premium

 

Notes:

  • BCA Virtual Account is only for clients who own BCA account.
  • The types of premium payment that can be done through transfer using BCA/BNI/CIMB Niaga/Mandiri/BRI/BRI Syariah are Renewal Premium and Top Up.

4. Multiple payment

Multiple payment is an option for clients who have been using auto debit since the beginning, but experiencing obstacles:

  1. Failure on credit card and bank account auto debit.
  2. Power of Attorney for Account Debit unapproved by Bank, while the renewal premium is approaching the due date.

In order to maintain the validity of policy, clients can pay the overdue premium via transfer to Virtual Account number or paying at Alfamart.
