In this January 2018 edition, we would like to share the latest company updates as part of our commitment to provide the best services to our clients. One of the services is providing new premium payment option through Alfamart. In addition, payment through Bank BRI and Bank Mandiri is now available in Virtual Account.
Sun Life also introduced new services for our clients, which is My Sun Life Indonesia (Client Portal) desktop version. Through this portal, our clients have easy access to find their policy information, check the claim progress, check the administration history, or find the nearest hospital provider. Please go to www.sunlife.co.id and choose Sign In > Client.
