Sun Life Financial Indonesia’s Donation for Education in Medan
Medan - on Thursday, December 3rd, 2009, PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia (SLF Indonesia) provides educational supports to SDN 060893 and Sumatera Utara (USU), Medan. This time, the support for SDN 060893 was library books while for USU was scholarships for 10 best students in several faculties with total Rp35.000.000,- (thirty five million rupiah).
Since 2006, SLF Indonesia has been done its social responsibility program called Sun Bright. This program is a concern form of SLF Indonesia to the society, especially in education. Other than Medan, Sun Bright program has helped thousands of Indonesian’s children and more than 200 university students in Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya and Bali.
