Development Specialist
Bertanggung jawab untuk merekrut agen yang berkualitas
Status Pekerjaan
Kontrak masa kerja 1 tahun, dengan pilihan lanjutan program di akhir masa kontrak.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal D3 dan berpengalaman di sales/marketing. Pada asuransi lebih diutamakan.
- Memiliki presentation skill yang baik dan relasi yang luas dengan banyak orang.
- Berpengalaman bekerja di luar kantor dengan mobilitas yang tinggi.
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk merencanakan program-program pertemuan (seminar).
- Mampu melakukan pekerjaan beragam, dengan deadline yang ditetapkan.
- Mampu membuat laporan dan berkomunikasi serta bekerjasama dengan baik bersama tim.
- Menguasai Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel dan Powerpoint).
Pekerjaaan dan Akuntabilitas
- Bekerjasama dengan tim Kantor Pusat di dalam pengembangan Agency Force.
- Menjalankan program dan pelatihan kepada Agency Force baru sesuai roadmap perusahaan.
- Memberikan dukungan dan motivasi bagi Agency Force.
- Membina, membimbing & memberi konsultasi Agency Force sesuai ketentuan perusahaan.
- Mengawasi dan mengevaluasi aktivitas serta produktivitas Agency Force.
Kompensasi
Pendapatan tetap plus tunjangan dan jaminan kesehatan.

Agency Development Management
The candidate:
- University Fresh Graduate in any major with minimum GPA 2.75
- Highly motivated in developing career as an Senior Manager Agency Development
Requirements:

- Trainee - 12 months – Contract
- Manager Agency Development – Permanent

- Agency Development & Training Road Map - (1 week)
- Professional Development for Financial Consultant Programs (Fundamental, Intermediate and Advance) - (10 weeks)
- Professional Development for Agency Leader Program (Fundamental, Intermediate and Advance) - (9 weeks)
- Sales Agency Management Best Practices - (4 weeks)
- Development Team Responsibilities - (8 weeks)
- Market Penetration - (4 weeks)
- Media Communication Channel - (4 weeks)
- New Business Processing & Agency Care (4 weeks)
- Building Responsibility, Interests and Talents - (4 weeks)
Actuarial Trainee Program
The candidate:
- University Fresh Graduate majoring in Mathematics
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Highly motivated in developing career as an Actuary
Requirement:
- Strong in numbers & analytical skill
- Eager to learn & fast learner
- Highly & self motivated
- Goal Oriented and High achievers
- Computer Literate (MS Excel, MS Access, Programming skills)
- Preferably good mastery of English skills (both written & communication)
- Strong service-Excellence mind-set, highly responsible, reliable & cooperative attitude.
Program duration & employment status:
- Trainee - 6 months - Contract
- Actuarial Staff - 12 months - Contract
- Actuarial Analyst - Permanent

- Overview of Actuarial area - (1 week)
- Operation (Underwriting, New Business, Billing collection, Customer Service, Claims, Process Management, IT Application) - (2 weeks)
- Finance (Accounting, Treasury, Budgeting, Planning & Analysis, Process & Control, Tax) - (2 weeks)
- Investments - (1 week)
- Product Development Process - (1 weeks)
- Pricing Actuarial - (2 months)
- Valuation Actuarial - (2 months)
- Risk Management - (1 week)
