Herewith, we inform you that any our services via electronic mail (e-mail): SLI_Care@sunlife.com, can assist you in providing information regarding products, policies and other services.
To maintain our commitment to secure of customer data, as of December 1, 2010 we will apply registration and validation of an e-mail address used by the customer. Each policyholder, will only get 1 (one) e-mail address of policyholders that we sign up on our system after validation by the Customer Service officer.
As from that date, we cannot serve any e-mail address of customers who have not registered yet, but customers will be recommended for enrolling their e-mail address immediately.
To avoid any delays due to unregistered e-mail, here are some ways to register your email address:
1. Sending e-mail to the address SLI_Care@sunlife.com with the subject "Registration E-mail" and include name, policy number, telephone number we can contact and time (if any) when we can call. We will contact you to validate you as a customer to the policyholder.
2. Contacting Customer Service Center at 021-500SUN (786)
3. Send fax to 021-52890099 and include the name, policy number and phone number.
4. Send a letter to the Client Management Unit - PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia, the World Trade Center 9th floor, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 29-31, Jakarta 12920.
